After my horrific experience at Joy Alukkas, we decided to do our rest of our jewellery shopping in Jos Alukkas. And what a good decision it was for us to shop at Jos Alukkas. Very attentive staff and top notch hospitality we received at this store. This is just how the customers should be treated when going in to buy jewellery. As buying jewellery is an expensive decision for most of us and we surely need the time and patience and respect from the Stores we visit when making such purchases. The sales representatives Manjunath and Shivanand were extremely Co operative and professional in their interaction with us. We have never experienced such exceptional service and support at any other jewelry store. The staff explained all the details clearly, offered great discounts on making charges, and even provided a few gifts. We are fully satisfied and are now planning to join their monthly scheme, thanks to their excellent service. Special mention goes to Najeeb, who supported us and made us feel very comfortable. I believe he is the manager. Another team member, whose name starts with "Mohammed," showed us all the jewelry very politely and without hesitation. Excellent collection and light weight variety. I Had Very good customer experience in the first time. Mr. Arun P shows all the collections very patiently according to my requirements also has provided advice to purchase gold . All the staffs are very friendly approachable.
