After my horrific experience at Joy Alukkas, we decided to do our rest of our jewellery shopping in Jos Alukkas. And what a good decision it was for us to shop at Jos Alukkas. Very attentive staff and top notch hospitality we received at this store. This is just how the customers should be treated when going in to buy jewellery. I have bought jewelry at many shops in the same locality and never had I visited Jos Alukkas ever and I regret my earlier decisions.
Today I went here to look for bracelets and believe me they have some amazing collections here.
I checked bracelets, Necklace and bangles here and was amazed at awesome collection & designs they have in all the items I asked for.
I was also surprised by the experience, Mr Nithin had so much of patience to show us multiple designs from their collection and never did he slow down or show any tiredness. We were there for almost 4 hrs and every time he got us more designs with a smile.
I would highly recommend people to check this store before you make your final decision to buy Gold at other places.
Their floor manager Najeeb was also very helpful in giving us nice discounts for their 60th anniversary.
